Yoga and meditation go hand-in-hand. Both relax the body, reduce stress and improve concentration. They also enhance your spirituality. So, why not combine these practices a daily tradition? In this workshop, you will learn how meditation enhances your physical and spiritual experiences, opens yourself up to good energy flow, and empowers you to connect with your higher self. We’ll practice strengthening your mind-body connection by focusing on your most spiritual chakras, and discover a dynamic new yoga meditation with postures designed to open and rejuvenate your spiritual self. In another yoga meditation, we’ll use the Tibetan brass bowls to creates positive chi. If you can, please bring your mat.
